		<description>well, you know, there was an article in the new yorker about herge. and how, after &#039;tintin in congo&#039; he met a chinese fellow named chang (inspiration for the chang in &#039;tibet&#039;) who taught him about the complexities of how things really were in the outside world. the abstract is here (they don&#039;t allow access to new yorker archives):

I loved it when I was a kid. As a kid growing up in India, I never realized how non PC it was. But considering the time it was published, I am not surprised. I still think its funny and entertaining!</description>
